"Justlandia" is my ongoing exploration of nature’s hidden, often overlooked beauty, captured through carefully arranged scenes of biowaste and natural objects like flowers, seaweed, insects, and stones gathered from across the world. In each photograph, I find joy in collecting these curious pieces—small treasures with unique shapes, colors, and textures that reveal something essential about each place. Shooting only outdoors and on location, I work across multiple distinct bioregions, capturing both the contrasts and unexpected connections among them.

Diversity in nature isn’t just visually striking; it’s deeply meaningful
and a source of personal connection and acceptance.

In the endless variety of patterns, colors, and forms,
I see a reflection of the world’s openness and resilience,
a reminder that everything, no matter how small or strange, has a place.


I hope to inspire a sense of kinship with the Earth and its living systems,
sharing the joy and curiosity of connecting to nature as an ongoing,

lifelong adventure.
